Your account
By using Fairway Lab, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission. Use your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for the content you submit and the sharing settings you choose.
Your scorecards
You keep ownership of your content. You give Fairway Lab permission to store and process it to provide the app and display information you choose to share. Upload only information you have the right to use. On multi-player scorecards, select your own row and avoid sharing other golfers’ personal information without permission.
Review the numbers
Scanning can misread or miss fields. Review course, tees, scores, putts and penalties before saving. Course-provider information may be incomplete or outdated. Statistics and projected handicaps are estimates for personal performance analysis, not an official Handicap Index, handicap certification or tournament scoring decision.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another golfer, harass users, submit unlawful content, attempt to access someone else’s private data, bypass limits, scrape personal profiles in bulk or interfere with the service. Friend codes identify profiles; they do not grant access to private account data. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or its users.
Privacy and sharing
The Privacy policy explains storage, public profiles and privacy choices. Review your profile settings and recap preview before sharing. You can turn your public profile off and delete your account in Account settings.
Availability and third parties
Fairway Lab is provided as available. Features may change, and access depends on your connection and services such as Cloudflare, Google and course-data providers. The home-screen app is a web app and requires a connection to load and save account data. Keep your original scorecards if you need an independent record.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate results. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on unreviewed scan results, unofficial estimates or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Leaving the service
You can stop using Fairway Lab at any time and delete your account through Account settings. Contact the operator through Help for questions or privacy requests. If you cannot sign in, use the support email shown in the Google consent details.
Updates
Changes to these terms appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service before they apply.
